Energy consulting for an apartment building

Client: Privat Client

As part of the energy consultation, the multi-family house was geometrically surveyed. All technical building equipment was identified during the actual survey. After determining the actual condition, energy calculation methods were used to achieve an improvement in energy standards.
This resulted in targeted savings in primary energy requirements and thus also in energy costs.
The calculated package of measures is eligible for funding by the BAFA as an individual measure or by the KfW as a comprehensive measure.
In addition, as part of the consultation, a property valuation of the apartment building was carried out before and after the renovation as an additional service.
The valuation made the return on the measure apparent.
