Your tasks:
Appointment coordination, appointment follow-up and calendar maintenance.
Office management (general secretarial activities, telephone, mail).
Handling written and telephone correspondence.
Creation of documents and presentations.
Coordination as well as preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings, taking minutes of meetings.

Travel planning, booking and accounting of travel expenses.
Support in smaller projects.
Your Qualifications:
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification – Basic technical knowledge
Several years of professional experience in team/management support, but not required
Ability to work in a team and very good communication skills (oral and written)
Organisational talent and strong service mentality
Independent and structured way of working and willingness to work.
Confident use of MS Office

For our construction projects in the Eurozone, we are looking for an architect/civil engineer engaged in construction processes and execution planning (m/f/d) in Germany and Spain as a freelancer as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
Technical clarification with all parties involved.
Processing of projects based on the CAD tool Revit.
Creative and independent realisation of customer wishes.
Tendering and awarding of contracts and digital dimensional checks.
Good knowledge of the VOB and the relevant regulations
Creation of time schedules (detailed schedules)
Social skills and a taste for independent work
a structured, rigorous and result-oriented way of working
Working in accordance with MARAL guidelines and compliance with the company’s systematised processes.
Your qualification:
Self-employed
Completed studies in architecture or civil engineering
Ideally professional experience in execution planning and site processes for demanding projects (independent career starters are also very welcome)
Creativity and a high level of commitment combined with communication skills
Organisational talent and strong service mentality
Convincing use of presentation skills in front of clients and authorities
Independent, quality- and result-oriented way of working and ability to work in a team.
