The causes of damage can vary, e.g. planning errors, wrong decisions during execution, coordination difficulties, inadequate supervision, complex technical interfaces, subsequent rescheduling.
MARAL, our autonomous national and international office, supports you in every phase of your construction process or in the technical evaluation for the purchase of an industrial or private property.
In our Office, we work with our Lean Management System, which ensures that our services are handled professionally and systematically.
We divide our damage assessment services into two classes:
- Expert services before acceptance: damage assessment & quality control (preventive assessment and technical follow-up during construction).
- Expert services after acceptance: damage assessment on new and existing buildings (determination of construction damage and technical clarification of the cause, including remedial measures)

The MARAL appraisal office guarantees you appraisal services at the highest level. In addition, our surveyor’s office is internationally certified in accordance with DIN ISO 17024, meaning that our damage assessments are recognized throughout Europe. We look forward to working with you to determine the cause of your damage, to assess it professionally and to develop professional restoration concepts for you.

The earlier the expert is involved in the project, the more precise the assessments will be and the fewer defects there will be.
If defects have already occurred, we will be happy to help you localize the cause of the damage and, if necessary, develop an adapted remediation concept.
- Expert Service after acceptance:
We offer our expert services after acceptance for defects and damage that have occurred during use. In this service department, the cause of the defect is determined with great care and expertise.
The technical clarification is documented in detail and a remediation concept is proposed.
