We prepare professional real estate appraisals. The appraisal is prepared in accordance with the legal requirements of the German Building Code (BauGB) and the German Real Estate Valuation Ordinance (Immobilienwertermittlungsverordnung).
Your property will be appraised by a certified appraiser according to the internationally recognized DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 standard.
